Weather Forecast for Tomorrow.

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority has released its forecast for weather conditions on Monday, June 22, 2026, through the General Administration of Forecasting and Early Warning.

The authority anticipates mild and humid weather in the early morning, transitioning to hot and humid conditions during the day across northern regions, including Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt. In contrast, southern Upper Egypt is expected to experience very hot weather. At night, moderate temperatures with humidity will prevail in most areas, while southern Upper Egypt may still feel warm.

The increase in humidity levels will enhance the sensation of heat by approximately one to two degrees above what is expected in shaded areas.

Regarding weather phenomena, the authority has warned of fog formation from 4 AM to 8 AM in parts of northern Egypt, including Greater Cairo, canal cities, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt. The fog may be dense at times on certain roads.

Winds may occasionally pick up at speeds ranging from 30 to 40 km/h in most areas at intermittent intervals and could stir up dust and sand in exposed regions of southern Upper Egypt and the Red Sea Governorate.

There is a very low chance (approximately 20%) of light rain in parts of the northern coastal governorates and northern Delta regions at sporadic intervals. Additionally, there is a slight possibility of low clouds forming over various areas along the northern coasts, the Delta, Greater Cairo, and canal cities, which could help cool down temperatures in the morning and may result in light drizzle that is not impactful.

Expected temperature ranges include a high of 33°C and a low of 23°C in Greater Cairo; a high of 32°C and a low of 22°C in the Delta; a high of 28°C and a low of 22°C along the northwestern coast; a high of 30°C and a low of 21°C on the northeastern coast; a high of 35°C and a low of 22°C in northern Upper Egypt; while southern Upper Egypt is forecasted to experience the highest temperatures with a maximum of 39°C and a minimum of 26°C.

The authority concluded its report by emphasizing the necessity for all necessary preparations to mitigate the effects associated with the anticipated weather phenomena.
