Weather Conditions Tomorrow.
The National Meteorological Authority has forecasted that hot and humid conditions will persist across most of the country on Monday, June 15, 2026, with a noticeable increase in humidity levels, which will enhance the perception of heat compared to actual recorded temperatures.
According to the authority, the weather will be moderate and humid during the early morning hours, transitioning to hot and humid during the day in northern regions, including Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt. In contrast, southern Upper Egypt will experience extremely hot weather. Overnight, temperatures will be moderate and humid across most areas but warmer in southern Upper Egypt.
The authority emphasized that the increased humidity will make temperatures feel 1 to 2 degrees Celsius higher than what is recorded in the shade.
As for expected temperatures, Greater Cairo is forecasted to reach a high of 34°C and a low of 23°C. The western northern coast is expected to see highs of 28°C and lows of 20°C, while the eastern northern coast will also have highs of 28°C but with lows of 21°C. The Nile Delta region is projected to hit highs of 33°C and lows of 22°C. Northern Upper Egypt could see a high of 35°C and a low of 24°C, while southern Upper Egypt may reach a scorching high of 41°C with a low of 27°C.
The authority also noted that fog may form between 4 AM and 8 AM in several areas extending from northern regions to Greater Cairo, canal cities, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt. There may be instances where fog is dense in parts of northern and central Sinai.
Additionally, winds are expected to pick up intermittently at speeds ranging from 30 to 35 kilometers per hour in parts of Greater Cairo, the Nile Delta, southern Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt. These winds could stir dust and sand in some areas along the Red Sea governorate.
Lastly, there are slight chances for light rain in scattered areas along the eastern northern coast and northern Nile Delta regions, with an occurrence probability nearing 20% at intermittent intervals. Some low clouds may form over parts of southern Nile Delta, Greater Cairo, canal cities, and northern Upper Egypt, possibly accompanied by light drizzle that is not expected to have significant impact.
