Port Said University President Engages with Ambassadors to Strengthen International Academic Partnerships
Dr. Sherif Youssef Saleh, President of Port Said University, is actively working to enhance the university’s regional and international standing through a series of productive bilateral meetings with ambassadors from several friendly countries. These discussions took place on the sidelines of the Advisory Council for Business and International Cooperation event held in El Alamein, organized by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, with broad participation from diplomatic representatives, business leaders, and international experts.
The meetings included ambassadors from India, Indonesia, Switzerland, Greece, Somalia, China, Turkey, and Libya. The discussions focused on ways to strengthen collaborative efforts in higher education and scientific research, exchange academic and research expertise, and establish sustainable international partnerships aimed at improving educational quality and enhancing university outcomes.
Additionally, the conversations emphasized the importance of aligning educational programs with global changes and labor market needs while promoting integration between academic institutions and industrial and economic sectors.
