Egypt’s Higher Education Minister Visits Paris to Enhance Scientific Partnerships

Dr. Abdelaziz Qansoua, Egypt’s Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has departed for Paris to explore ways to strengthen scientific and research partnerships and enhance collaboration in innovation between Egyptian and French universities.

The visit includes a packed schedule of meetings and events with academic, research, and industrial institutions. Highlights of the trip include a visit to Paris-Saclay University, where Dr. Qansoua will deliver a speech on the development of the innovation and scientific research ecosystem in Egypt, as well as sign partnership agreements.

Additionally, the itinerary features visits to several startups, business incubators, and advanced technology laboratories. Dr. Qansoua will also participate in the global technology exhibition “VivaTech” in Paris.

The minister will conclude his visit with meetings with officials from major French higher education institutions and industrial partners to discuss cooperation in areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and higher education.
