Minya Ambulance Team Returns Valuables Worth 250,000 EGP to Accident Victims

In a commendable display of integrity and professionalism, the Egyptian Ambulance Authority in Minya successfully safeguarded the belongings of victims from a severe traffic accident that occurred at the entrance of Malawy, heading towards Assiut. The estimated value of the recovered items amounts to approximately 250,000 Egyptian pounds.

While attending to the injured at the accident scene and transporting them for necessary medical care, the ambulance teams discovered several valuable personal belongings, including foreign currency such as US dollars and Saudi riyals, tens of thousands of Egyptian pounds, gold jewelry, bank cards, mobile phones, and personal computers.

Immediately following the incident, three ambulances were dispatched to the scene. The injured were then transported to Malawy Specialized Hospital for treatment and medical care.

As part of standard procedures, the ambulance teams meticulously cataloged all valuables and personal items, ensuring their safekeeping before officially returning them to the victims’ families. This process underscores the commitment of ambulance personnel to uphold the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.
