Chelsea Fans Push for Summer Exits of Six Players Valued at £174.5 Million
A significant majority of Chelsea supporters, approximately 94%, are advocating for the sale of Liam Delap during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Delap, who was acquired from Ipswich Town for £30 million last year, was initially seen as a potential alternative to Nicolas Jackson, who is currently on loan at Bayern Munich.
However, Delap’s season has been marred by injury, limiting him to just two goals across all competitions, with his last goal scored against Fulham in early January.
Recent reports suggest that BlueCo may seek around £40 million for the 23-year-old if permanent offers are received in the coming weeks, a position that has drawn considerable criticism.
In a recent Sports Mole Keep or Sell Series, Chelsea fans were surveyed on which players should be retained or let go during the summer transfer window.

Delap Among Six Players Fans Want to See Depart for 2026-27
While Delap did not receive the lowest percentage of votes in the survey, only 6% of respondents expressed a desire to see him remain with Chelsea for the 2026-27 season. The only player with less support is Benoit Badiashile, who garnered just 2% approval from fans.
The survey results were particularly unfavorable for goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen and Alejandro Garnacho, as 91% of supporters indicated they would prefer to sell both players.
Additionally, two players currently sidelined from the senior squad under Enzo Maresca—Axel Disasi and David Datro Fofana—received backing from only 3% of fans for a return.

Players Chelsea Fans Want to Retain for 2026-27
The survey revealed that there are 12 players whom Chelsea supporters wish to keep at Stamford Bridge. Among them are Estevao Willian (100%), Levi Colwill (99%), and Moises Caicedo (99%), who are viewed as the most favored players.
Other popular choices include Reece James, Joao Pedro, Cole Palmer, Josh Acheampong, Jorrel Hato, Mike Penders, Geovany Quenda, Andrey Santos, and Valentin Barco—all receiving over 90% support.
However, it seems that Chelsea fans are less enthusiastic about keeping Enzo Fernandez in Xabi Alonso’s squad moving forward.
