Armed Forces Sign Cooperation Protocols with Ministry of Social Solidarity and Cairo University

The Egyptian Armed Forces, through its Civil Defense and Military Leadership, have signed a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Social Solidarity. This initiative reflects the military’s commitment to strengthen collaborative ties with various ministries and institutions within the country.

The protocol was signed by Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, and Major General Hisham Hosni Hassan, Commander of the Civil Defense and Military Forces.

The agreement aims to enhance joint efforts to support sustainable development in Egypt by coordinating awareness and educational activities. These initiatives are designed to foster a spirit of loyalty and belonging among all segments of society while informing them about the risks and challenges facing Egypt amid current international and regional changes. Additionally, it highlights the state’s role in various fields to safeguard its achievements and national security.

In a related development, the Military Academy for Higher Studies and Strategy has also signed a cooperation protocol with Cairo University. This agreement is part of the Armed Forces’ efforts to exchange expertise and collaborate on practical training programs with various Egyptian universities.

The protocol was signed by Major General Mohamed Mahmoud Awad, Director of the Military Academy for Higher Studies and Strategy, and Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdelsadek, President of Cairo University.

This collaboration aims to facilitate knowledge exchange in academic fields and support the implementation of graduate programs, professional training, and research initiatives that integrate political science with security and strategic studies. It seeks to enhance analytical skills and research capabilities among students from both institutions.
