This initiative was announced during the Start Summit held at the Grand Egyptian Museum, under the patronage of Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Maya Morsi and Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansoua, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The protocol was signed by Eng. This collaboration aims to empower youth and prepare them for the job market, particularly targeting beneficiaries of the Takaful and Karama program, those in need, and individuals with disabilities. It seeks to provide modern tools for assessment and career guidance that help these groups discover their capabilities and identify educational and professional paths that align with their skills and interests through the latest AI technologies.

Qualify offers a comprehensive digital environment that allows students to assess their personal and professional skills, identify suitable training opportunities, and receive tailored recommendations to make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.

Dr. Mohamed Al-Aqabi emphasized that investing in youth is a top priority for the ministry, aiming to economically and socially empower beneficiaries from vulnerable families through real opportunities for training and career guidance.

He added that utilizing technology and AI in assessment services enhances young people’s ability to discover their potential more accurately, thereby increasing their chances of integrating into the job market and achieving economic independence for themselves and their families. He noted that effective partnerships between government entities and the private sector are essential for sustainable development and building the capabilities of Egyptian youth.

Eng. Nivin Magdy expressed her satisfaction with this partnership with the Ministry of Social Solidarity, stating that it represents an important step towards expanding access to AI-supported assessment and career guidance services that assist youth in discovering their potentials and building clearer career paths.

Furthermore, she highlighted that Qualify has successfully developed innovative solutions tailored to meet the needs of the Egyptian market and the Arab region. These solutions bridge the gap between education and employment through advanced tools for assessment, guidance, and counseling that help young people make decisions based on a better understanding of their capabilities as well as labor market needs amidst rapid changes in modern work environments.

It is worth noting that Qualify’s services received significant attention during the Start Summit, benefiting over ten thousand students from various Egyptian universities who utilized assessment tests to identify educational paths aligned with their skills.
