Minister Highlights Successful Partnership Model for Technical Education Development

Dr. Bahaa Al-Ghanam, the Executive Director of the Future Egypt for Sustainable Development Authority, held a meeting with Mohamed Abdel Latif, the Minister of Education and Technical Education, on Monday at the authority’s headquarters in Al-Masrah. The discussion focused on enhancing collaboration to develop technical and vocational education and prepare qualified personnel to meet labor market demands, particularly in the agricultural sector.

The meeting addressed the implementation of a cooperation protocol between the Future Egypt Authority, the Ministry of Education, and the Italian ITS Agro Academy. This initiative aims to apply a model for agricultural technical schools based on modern educational and training systems, equipping students with the practical skills required by the job market.

The Minister praised the ongoing collaboration with the Future Egypt Authority, emphasizing that partnerships between educational institutions and production entities represent a successful model for developing technical education. This approach enhances graduates’ readiness for the labor market and improves the competitiveness of Egyptian professionals across various economic sectors.

In response, Dr. Al-Ghanam highlighted that investing in human resources is one of the key pillars for achieving sustainable development. He noted that the authority is committed to training youth and linking educational processes with practical applications within production projects, thus contributing to building a strong base of qualified young talents ready to actively participate in national projects.
