On Saturday, Minister of Labor Hassan Raddad participated in the sixth edition of the “Job Hub 6” employment forum held at the St. Mark’s Cathedral in Abbassia. The event was attended by His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, alongside several ministers, officials, and representatives from the private sector.

The forum is recognized as one of the largest employment events this year, offering over 10,000 job opportunities across various specialties with participation from around 100 companies and institutions. The event also includes vocational training programs focused on in-demand skills in the labor market, as well as free certified training courses aimed at enhancing digital and professional skills. Additionally, it provides support and funding for small projects and opportunities for youth in franchising.

The event is organized by the Archdiocese of Public Services and Social Affairs under the auspices of Bishop Julius, in collaboration with the “Egyptian Youth Initiative” and several governmental and private sector entities, all aimed at supporting youth employment and economic empowerment.

During his remarks at the forum, Minister Raddad emphasized that the state supports all serious initiatives aimed at creating real job opportunities for young people, in line with directives from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. He noted that the forum exemplifies a successful model of collaboration between state institutions, civil society, and the private sector to enhance employment opportunities.
