Azhari Secondary Exams Commence in North Sinai
Students in the literary section of the Azhari secondary certificate in North Sinai began their final exams today, Sunday, with assessments in the subjects of Quran and Hadith.
Dr. Adel Al-Saies, Director General of the Azhari Region in North Sinai, stated that students in the literary section are taking their exams in Quran for two hours during the first period, followed by Hadith for another two hours in the second period.
This year, there are a total of 553 students enrolled in the Azhari secondary certificate program, comprising 273 students in the literary section and 280 students in the scientific section. The students are distributed across six examination committees: two in Arish, two in Bir al-Abd, one in Sheikh Zuweid, and one in central Sinai.
Al-Saies emphasized that all examination committees have been prepared and that suitable conditions have been established within these committees to ensure comfort for all students, allowing them to take their exams in an environment characterized by discipline and calm.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Abdel Azim, Director General of Cultural Sciences and Student Care at the Azhari Region, noted that examinations are conducted on a one-day basis for the scientific section and another day for the literary section. The scientific exams will continue until Wednesday, July 8, while the literary exams will extend until Thursday, July 9.
It is worth mentioning that the Azhari secondary exams in North Sinai started yesterday, Saturday, with students from the scientific section taking their assessments in Quran and Hadith without any complaints.
