Alexandria’s Preparatory Certificate Results Announced with 74.5% Success Rate

Engineer Ayman Attia, the Governor of Alexandria, has officially announced the results of the preparatory certificate for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, revealing a success rate of 74.5%.

A total of 109,783 students registered for the exams, with 108,352 attending. Among them, 81,749 students achieved scores of 50% or higher, as stated by Dr. Arabi Abu Zeid, Director of the Alexandria Education Directorate.

The Governor highlighted that ten students achieved the highest score of 280 out of a possible total, placing them at the top of the preparatory certificate rankings in the governorate. He praised their remarkable achievement as a reflection of their dedication and excellence. Additionally, he made phone calls to congratulate these top students and encouraged them to continue their success and strive for further accomplishments.

Governor Attia extended his congratulations to all successful students and wished them ongoing success in their future educational endeavors. He also thanked parents for their support and encouragement towards their children’s achievements, emphasizing the importance of maintaining this approach to ensure continued success and excellence.

Furthermore, he noted that the window for submitting appeals regarding the results will open on Monday, June 22, 2026, and will remain open for fifteen days.
