The initiative aims to ensure a suitable and safe environment for students to take their exams in a stable and organized atmosphere.
The governor has instructed regular checks on the readiness of examination centers, emphasizing the need for adequate lighting, proper ventilation, and thorough inspections of electrical connections, drinking water systems, and fire extinguishers to safeguard the well-being of students and all personnel involved in the examination process.

The governor also stressed the importance of removing all obstructions around examination centers and prohibiting street vendors from operating nearby. He urged against the use of loudspeakers or parking vehicles near exam venues while ensuring regular cleaning operations to clear waste accumulations.
Additionally, he directed the installation of canopies at exam center entrances to assist students and security personnel amid rising temperatures. Preparations are also underway for rest areas designated for supervising staff from outside the area, ensuring they have all necessary provisions for comfort throughout the examination period.
Governor El Ansari confirmed that the main operations room in Giza and the National Emergency Network Control Center are working around the clock in full coordination with the Education Directorate and operational rooms across centers, cities, and neighborhoods. They will promptly report any observations or emergencies to ensure that exams proceed smoothly and meet expectations for students and their families.
