Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Commends Egypt’s Role in Regional Stability

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister.

Badr Abdel Atti, Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, held a phone conversation with Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The two ministers discussed regional developments following the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran.

Minister Abdel Atti welcomed the agreement, expressing appreciation for the efforts made by Pakistan and other regional parties in reaching this memorandum.

He emphasized the significance of this step in reducing tensions and preventing escalation in the region.

In response, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister expressed gratitude for Egypt’s role in coordinating with regional partners to support the negotiation process and bridge differences among parties, which contributed to creating favorable conditions for reaching the memorandum.

Both ministers underscored the importance of continuing coordination and mutual consultation in the coming phase to ensure the implementation of the memorandum and to achieve a final and sustainable agreement that considers the interests and concerns of all parties while enhancing diplomatic solutions that promote security and stability in the region.
