Youth and Sports Ministry: October Land Project Ensures Financial Stability for Zamalek Club

Mohamed Al-Shazly, the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Youth and Sports, stated that the new branch of Zamalek Club in Sixth of October City marks a significant step towards providing financial and investment support for the club, ensuring the continuous development of its various sectors in the coming years.

In televised comments on “Sada El-Balad” channel, Al-Shazly explained that the project will span 65 acres in a prime location in October City. He noted that it is one of the strategic projects aimed at enhancing the club’s financial resources and creating future investment opportunities.

He added that current efforts are focused on completing the necessary licensing procedures for construction work, in coordination with the Ministry of Housing, the Urban Communities Authority, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports. He expects these procedures to be finalized within approximately six months.

The spokesperson emphasized that the anticipated returns from this project will assist the club in meeting its financial obligations while also supporting administrative and sporting stability, providing essential resources for ongoing development across various sectors.

Al-Shazly concluded his remarks by affirming that this project represents one of the sustainable solutions aimed at achieving long-term stability for Zamalek Club by integrating investment aspects with sports and service infrastructure.
