Egypt’s Prime Minister Highlights State Investment Efforts to Boost Economy

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Egypt’s Prime Minister, stated that the government is focused on restoring the role of the private sector in driving economic growth.

During his speech at the launch of the second edition of the State Ownership Policy Document, attended by several ministers, officials, private sector representatives, and international funding institutions, Madbouly emphasized that significant efforts have been made to inject investment into all areas of the economy.

The State Ownership Policy Document is a strategic and crucial step for the Egyptian economy. It aims to organize and define the state’s ownership structure of assets, broaden the participation base of the private sector in economic development, and enhance the investment climate to boost operational growth rates.
