Al Ahly Football Company Holds General Assembly Meeting to Discuss Sponsorship and Broadcasting Deals

The Al Ahly Football Company convened its regular general assembly meeting today at the club’s headquarters in Zamalek, attended by club president Mahmoud El Khatib, vice president Yassin Mansour, treasurer Khaled Mortagy, council member Ahmed Hossam Awad, and executive director Dr. Saad Shalaby. The meeting also included the company’s board of directors led by Ayman Fathy, vice president Ahmed Shams, executive director Naira Ali, legal advisor Shady Al Barqouqi, and legal consultant for Al Ahly Football Company Dr. Yasser El Meligi.

During the meeting, the board presented a report on the company’s activities and financial statements for the fiscal year 2024/2025, highlighting positive investment outcomes. The report affirmed that the company has successfully achieved its strategic goals within a short timeframe. Additionally, the assembly reviewed strategic contracts related to sponsorships, apparel, and new broadcasting agreements for the upcoming period, which are expected to significantly enhance the club’s financial capabilities.

The assembly approved a reformation of the company’s board under Ayman Fathy’s leadership, with engineer Tamer Fahmy joining as a new member to leverage his extensive experience in digital development to further advance the company’s objectives.

In closing remarks, Mahmoud El Khatib expressed gratitude towards Al Ahly Football Company and emphasized the need for increased efforts in alignment with the council’s vision during this term towards investment and adapting to significant developments across various sectors.
