Teachers’ Syndicate Establishes Operations Room for High School Exams

The Teachers’ Syndicate, led by Khalaf El-Zanaty, the syndicate’s president and head of the Arab Teachers Union, has announced the establishment of a central operations room to oversee the conduct of high school exams across Egypt. This initiative aims to provide full support to teachers involved in various examination processes nationwide, ensuring a conducive working environment during this critical period.
Khalaf El-Zanaty confirmed that the operations room will function around the clock, connecting with 53 branch syndicates and 320 local committees throughout the country during the exam period. The room will handle complaints and inquiries from teachers involved in monitoring and supervising exams as well as those leading examination committees, enabling swift interventions to resolve any issues or obstacles they may encounter in coordination with the Ministry of Education.
The syndicate emphasizes its commitment to its members responsible for high school examinations, recognizing them as vital to the success of the educational system. The primary goal of this operations room is to provide immediate support to teachers and promptly address any emergency situations that may hinder their duties, ensuring smooth examination processes at all centers. El-Zanaty reiterated that protecting teachers’ rights is a top priority for the syndicate.
He stressed the importance of all teachers adhering to the regulations governing examination procedures and performing their national duties with integrity and responsibility, contributing to an exam process that reflects well on the nation while upholding fairness among students.
Khalaf El-Zanaty urged all heads of branch syndicates and local committees across provinces to maintain direct daily communication with teachers participating in high school examinations, checking on their conditions and identifying any problems or challenges they face while carrying out their responsibilities. He emphasized the need for immediate solutions in coordination with the central operations room to ensure adequate support for teachers and provide them with all necessary assistance, enabling them to fulfill their national mission in a stable and secure environment.
The syndicate expresses confidence in teachers’ capabilities and extensive experience in managing examinations, affirming that teachers remain fundamental to the success of the educational process. The Teachers’ Syndicate will continue its support during critical periods such as high school exams.
