New Commercial Registry Services Available at Egyptian Post Offices Starting July 2026

The Egyptian Cabinet’s official page has announced that the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, through the Internal Trade Development Authority, will begin the gradual implementation of a secure document system for commercial registry documents at Egyptian post offices nationwide starting July 2026.

This initiative aims to expand service delivery networks across various governorates via over 4,700 post offices, facilitating access for traders and investors to official documents while significantly reducing congestion at commercial registry offices.

The new system is part of the government’s efforts to enhance public services and promote digital transformation. It aims to standardize the format and content of official documents while increasing security measures to combat forgery.

These digital measures will expedite transactions, improve service quality for citizens, and bolster confidence in official documents, thereby supporting the business environment and investment climate in Egypt.
