Social Solidarity Minister Signs Microfinance Contracts in Provinces

Dr. Maya Morsi, the Minister of Social Solidarity and Chair of the Board of the Rural and Environmental Industries Support Fund, presided over the signing of microfinance contracts for small projects between the Fund and 13 civil society organizations. This initiative is part of a microfinance project funded by the World Bank, which is included in the third component of the “Expansion of Takaful and Karama Program and Building Systems” project, under the strategic financial system program for economic empowerment.
