The Agricultural Research Center will hold its seventh cultural and scientific forum on Tuesday at the Regional Center for Food and Feed. The event is sponsored by the Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Alaa Farouk, and the head of the Agricultural Research Center, Professor Adel Abdel Azim.

Titled “Food and Healthy Nutrition in Current Conditions,” this forum addresses global and local economic challenges that impact food prices, making it an important platform to discuss food security in Egypt and explore sustainable solutions for providing healthy food at affordable prices for citizens.

The forum aims to highlight key issues related to food and nutrition in Egypt. It will assess the current state of food consumption and present healthy and economical dietary alternatives that citizens can rely on.

Experts participating in the forum will discuss proper dietary habits necessary for maintaining public health, as well as emphasize the role of scientific research in developing new agricultural crops that can provide food at reasonable prices.

Dr. Mostafa Attia Imara, the official spokesperson for the Agricultural Research Center, confirmed that the forum will feature a selection of nutrition scientists specializing in both human and animal fields, enriching discussions and contributing to important recommendations that serve Egyptian society.
