Egypt’s National Team Prepares for Belgium Clash Ahead of 2026 World Cup
The Egyptian national football team, under the guidance of coaches Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan, has intensified its training at Gonzaga University in Spokane, USA, in preparation for their upcoming match against Belgium. The game is scheduled for Monday at 10 PM Cairo time, marking the first round of the 2026 World Cup.
The training session began with physical warm-ups, followed by technical drills and a practice match, culminating in shooting exercises aimed at improving goal-scoring capabilities.

Hossam Hassan took the opportunity to speak with the players, urging them to focus on their preparations for the World Cup and emphasizing the importance of a strong start against Belgium.
The session was attended by Hani Abu Rida, Chairman of the Egyptian Football Association and supervisor of the national team, along with Khaled El-Darandly, Vice President of the Association, and council members Hamada El-Sharbini and Mostafa Abu Zahra. p>
