Prime Minister Madbouly Highlights Commitment to Industrial Growth in 6th of October City

Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Egypt’s Prime Minister, commenced a tour in 6th of October City today to inaugurate and inspect several industrial projects across various sectors.

He was accompanied by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population; Dr. Mohamed Farid, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade; Engineer Khaled Hashem, Minister of Industry; Dr. Ahmed El Ansary, Governor of Giza; Dr. Ali El Ghamrawy, Head of the Egyptian Drug Authority; along with several officials.

During his visit, Prime Minister Madbouly emphasized that his presence for the inauguration and inspection of these industrial landmarks underscores the genuine commitment of the Egyptian state, under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to develop the industrial sector. He highlighted efforts to stimulate expansion plans and attract more investments into the Egyptian market, which are crucial for driving economic growth, creating job opportunities, boosting national exports, and reducing import bills.

Dr. Madbouly noted that the government aims to attract various priority national investment opportunities, including labor-intensive industries that provide job training for Egyptian youth, as well as high-tech industries that add value to Egyptian products and enhance local workforce skills.

He reiterated that the government is dedicated to creating growth opportunities for the industrial sector and advancing its development in a way that meets the goals of localizing national industries and increasing the proportion of local components.
