Housing Ministry Announces Premium Investment Land Offerings in Four New Cities

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the availability of several premium investment land plots in the new cities of 6th October, New Suez, Al-Obour, and New Nasser. The offer will remain open until June 15, following directives from Minister Randa El-Manshawi to expand diverse investment opportunities and support service, educational, commercial, and urban activities.

This initiative aligns with the government’s goal to stimulate investment in new cities and attract both local and foreign investments. It aims to provide comprehensive services for citizens, enhance sustainable urban development efforts, and contribute to economic growth across various new cities.

The Ministry has made these investment plots available through the Investor Services Portal at https://assign.newcities.gov.eg, managed by the New Urban Communities Authority. This platform allows investors to review details regarding the offerings, building requirements, payment mechanisms, and all procedures related to reservations.

In 6th October City, six premium investment plots have been introduced. These include plots (16 and 18) designated for food storage activities in the central industrial axis – extension of the sixth industrial zone with an area of 6,634.95 square meters; plot (7/1/4) for car maintenance services in the residential-industrial buffer zone covering 10,194.5 square meters; plot (3) for a nursery in neighborhood 13 and 14 in West Sumid with an area of 1,800 square meters; plot (6/10) for commercial hotel services in neighborhoods three and four covering 1,596 square meters; and plot (46) for commercial activities in the land lottery area measuring 10,020.95 square meters.

In New Suez City, plot number 130 is available for residential hotel commercial use with an area of 9,663 square meters located in the investment area. Additionally, plot number 128 is designated for residential hotel commercial use with an area of 13,161 square meters situated in the investment district – Investment District; plot number 16 is allocated for commercial administrative use covering 720 square meters in Ataka Industrial Area – Services Area.

In Al-Obour City, plot number (6) is offered within the services area of Dar Misr project at the recreational district with an area of 7,079 square meters designated for commercial administrative recreational use. Plot number (25) located at center of neighborhood nine spans an area of 644 square meters for commercial purposes. The offering also includes plot number (2) block (20042) within the extension area measuring 927 square meters designated for administrative use; a land parcel at sub-service center number (5) in neighborhood seven covering an area of 12,258 square meters allocated for educational purposes (school).

In New Nasser City located west of Assiut, the available investment opportunities include plot number (3) in block four within neighborhood two designated for residential block use with a total area of 10,979 square meters. Additionally, there is plot number (10) within the main service center allocated for commercial use measuring 664 square meters.
