Napoli Officially Announces Departure of Antonio Conte

Italian club Napoli announced on Thursday that it has mutually agreed to part ways with head coach Antonio Conte, ahead of the expiration of his contract in 2027.

In an official statement on its website, the club confirmed that an agreement was reached with Conte to end their contractual relationship during June, expressing gratitude to the coach and his staff for their contributions during their tenure.

Conte leaves his position after a successful season in which he led Napoli to win the Serie A title for the 2024-2025 season, as well as securing the Italian Super Cup in the same year.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that Italian coach Massimiliano Allegri is poised to take over as head coach of Napoli following Conte’s departure.
