President’s Advisor Praises Tanta Chest Hospital as a Comprehensive Medical Facility for Delta Governorates

Dr. Mohamed Awad Tag El-Din, the Presidential Advisor for Health and Prevention, commended the medical and technical facilities at the Tanta Chest University Hospital, stating that it represents a comprehensive medical establishment serving the Delta governorates.
This statement came during a visit to the hospital where he reviewed its modern medical and infrastructural capabilities. The hospital features six floors with a capacity of 115 beds, providing specialized services for diagnosing and treating chest and respiratory diseases according to the latest medical standards.
The Presidential Advisor emphasized that university hospitals are key pillars of Egypt’s healthcare system due to their integral role in providing specialized healthcare, training medical staff, and supporting applied scientific research that meets community needs.
The hospital includes an integrated electronic system for managing medical services, recording patient data, and connecting various medical and administrative units. This system enhances the efficiency of treatment services and improves the quality of healthcare while supporting studies and research related to chest and respiratory diseases.
