Morocco secured a valuable win against Scotland with a score of 1-0 in a match held on Saturday morning at Gillette Stadium in Boston, USA, as part of the second round of the group stage.

The Moroccan team scored the winning goal in the second minute through Ismail Sabari, who fired a powerful shot from inside the penalty area into the net after an excellent pass from Ibrahim Diaz from midfield.

In his post-match comments, Wahbi stated, “The match against Scotland was intense and physical. The Moroccan players managed to keep pace with the high tempo and demonstrated discipline and tactical awareness, especially in defense.”.

He added, “We entered the match with a winning mentality, and the players put in significant effort in pressing and defending against the opponent to advance and maintain our lead.”.

Wahbi continued, “Lapses in concentration at times prevented us from scoring a second goal, but ultimately we managed to maintain our composure until the end of the match.”.

With this victory, Morocco tops Group C with four points, while Scotland sits in second place with three points. Brazil follows in third place with one point, and Haiti is at the bottom of the group without any points.
