England Secures Thrilling 4-2 Victory Over Croatia in World Cup 2026

In an exhilarating match on Thursday morning, England triumphed over Croatia with a score of 4-2 at the AT&T Stadium, marking their second game in Group 12 of the 2026 World Cup.

Harry Kane opened the scoring for England with a penalty in the ninth minute, placing the ball to the left of Croatia’s goalkeeper.

Croatia equalized in the 35th minute when Petar Sucic delivered a precise pass into the box for Martin Baturina, who struck a powerful shot that found the bottom corner of the net.

However, England regained their lead just before halftime. In the 42nd minute, Declan Rice executed a well-placed corner kick from the right side, which Kane headed into the net for his second goal of the match.

As the first half concluded, Croatia’s Petar Musa managed to score in injury time, leveling the match again at 2-2.

The second half saw England take control early, with Jude Bellingham scoring in the 47th minute thanks to a brilliant pass from Elliot Anderson from midfield. Bellingham’s shot found its way into the Croatian net, restoring England’s lead.

In the final minutes of the match, Marcus Rashford sealed England’s victory with a goal in the 86th minute after receiving a pass from Bukayo Saka. Rashford’s strike confirmed England’s fourth goal and secured their win.
