Cairo Governor Attends Ministry of Awqaf Celebration for New Hijri Year 1448

Dr. Ibrahim Saber, the Governor of Cairo, attended a celebration organized by the Ministry of Awqaf to mark the beginning of the new Hijri year 1448. The event took place after the Maghrib prayer at Sayyida Zainab Mosque and was held in representation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
