Dr. Mostafa Madbouli, Egypt’s Prime Minister, convened a meeting on Monday to discuss updates regarding the lands under the jurisdiction of the Egyptian Endowment Authority across the country.

Attendees included Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments; Major General Nasser Fawzy, Director of the National Center for Planning State Land Uses; Major General Mohamed Radwan, Deputy Director of the Center; and Colonel Ahmed Nasr, General Supervisor of Monitoring at the Center.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prime Minister Madbouli emphasized that today’s gathering aligns with directives from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi regarding the urgent need to complete the auditing and digitization of various assets belonging to the Egyptian Endowment Authority to maximize their benefits.

In this context, Dr. Al-Azhari highlighted ongoing efforts in collaboration with relevant authorities to continue digitizing various assets of the Endowment Authority and inventorying their actual presence on these lands.

During the meeting, the Minister of Endowments discussed the outcomes from a committee formed to assess the status of lands under the Endowment Authority located within the domain of Prince Mustafa Abdel Manaan’s endowment, which spans across Damietta, Dakahlia, and Kafr El-Sheikh governorates. He outlined recommendations reached during recent meetings on this matter, stressing that citizens’ interests within Prince Mustafa Abdel Manaan’s endowment will remain protected for those with stable legal positions. The three governorates will continue to finalize reconciliation procedures for properties within this endowment’s scope while settling compensations between the Ministry of Local Development, Ministry of Endowments, and National Center for Planning State Land Uses.

This initiative aims to provide a comprehensive solution to all issues related to Mustafa Abdel Manaan’s endowment while ensuring citizens’ comfort and alleviating any burdens. The government plans to offer alternative state-owned land as replacements for properties managed by the Endowment Authority.
