Cash Support Distribution Begins for 4.7 Million Families Under ‘Takaful and Karama’ Program

The total disbursement exceeds 4 billion Egyptian pounds.

Recipients began accessing their funds early this morning through various ATMs available across the country. Additionally, they can utilize electronic payment methods for government transactions and purchases.

The Ministry of Social Solidarity is closely monitoring the distribution process of the Takaful and Karama program, coordinating with directors of social solidarity directorates to ensure smooth operations.

It is noteworthy that cash support is provided to 4.7 million families classified as most in need, totaling approximately 17 million citizens, with an annual budget allocation of 54 billion Egyptian pounds.
