The ministry emphasized that acceptance of these requests will only be granted under specific circumstances, accompanied by documentation proving each case.

The ministry reiterated that no excuses will be accepted after the specified deadline for submissions.

Regarding requests to excuse oneself from grading (correction), these must be submitted directly to the subject supervisor on the same day grading begins at the designated grading committee location.

Incentives for Participants

It is noteworthy that Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, has approved an incentive payment for heads of examination committees, chief supervisors, and monitors participating in high school examinations as part of preparations for the academic year 2025/2206. The decision includes an incentive payment of 2000 EGP each for committee heads and chief monitors, while monitors will receive an incentive of 1000 EGP in recognition of their efforts during the examinations.
