Germany’s Next Match Scheduled After Dominant Win Over Curacao in World Cup

Germany will continue its campaign in the 2026 World Cup following a commanding 7-1 victory over Curacao in the opening match of the group stage. This strong start sets a promising tone for the team’s journey in the tournament.

The match took place at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, where Germany showcased clear dominance from the outset.

Goals for Germany were scored by Felix Nmecha, Nico Schlotterbeck, and Kai Havertz from a penalty, along with Jamal Musiala, Nathan Brown, and Dennis Undav. The goals came in the 6th, 38th, and 45+ minutes of the first half, with additional strikes in the second half at the 47th, 68th, 78th, and 88th minutes.

Curacao’s sole goal was netted by Levano Comenensia in the 21st minute against Germany’s goalkeeper Manuel Neuer.

Germany’s Upcoming Match After Victory Over Curacao

Germany is set to face Ivory Coast on Saturday, June 20, with kickoff scheduled for 11 PM local time in Egypt. This match will be part of the second round of Group E in the 2026 World Cup.
