South Korea Equalizes Against Czech Republic in 2026 World Cup Match

South Korea managed to secure a 1-1 draw against the Czech Republic in a match held at the Arakon Stadium in Zapopan, Mexico, during the opening round of the 2026 World Cup group stage.

The equalizer for South Korea came in the 67th minute, courtesy of Hwang In-beom. He showcased an impressive skill move as he broke through the Czech defense, skillfully evading the goalkeeper and several defenders before calmly placing the ball into the net, bringing the match back to level terms.

Earlier, the Czech Republic had taken the lead in the 59th minute with a goal from Ladislav Krejčí, who converted a precise cross from Vladimír Coufal with a powerful header into the net.
