Education Ministry Grants Incentive Bonuses for General Secondary Exam Supervisors

Mohamed Abdel-Latif, the Minister of Education and Technical Education, has approved the allocation of incentive bonuses for heads of examination committees, chief invigilators, and monitors involved in the General Secondary Examination. This initiative is part of the preparations for the General Secondary Certificate exams for the academic year 2025/2026.

The decision includes granting both the committee head and the chief invigilator a bonus of 2,000 Egyptian pounds each, while monitors will receive a bonus of 1,000 Egyptian pounds. This is in recognition of their efforts during the examination process.

Additionally, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced that appointment letters will be distributed to educational directorates and administrations on Saturday, June 13. Furthermore, a three-day period for excuse requests will be activated from Sunday, June 14 to Tuesday, June 16, 2026, in accordance with the regulations governing the conduct of the General Secondary Examination.
