Ministry of Military Production Showcases Home Appliances at Engineers’ Syndicate Exhibition
The Ministry of Military Production announced its participation in a home appliances and durable goods exhibition at the Engineers’ Syndicate Club in Abu El Feda, Zamalek, from June 11 to June 13. This initiative is part of the ministry’s efforts to provide civil products that serve family needs.
This participation aligns with directives from Dr. Salah Suleiman Jambalat, Minister of State for Military Production, emphasizing the active presence of ministry companies at various exhibitions and their commitment to offering civil products to citizens. This effort reflects the ministry’s dedication to supporting national industries and enhancing local production.
Several companies from the Ministry of Military Production are participating in the exhibition, including Shubra Engineering Industries (Factory 27) showcasing ceiling fans, and Helwan Non-Ferrous Industries (Factory 63) presenting various sizes of foil.
Additionally, Helwan Engineering Industries (Factory 99) is featuring tableware and kitchen tools, while Benha Electronics (Factory 144) presents its products including tablets, screens, LED lights, and radiator water. Qaha Chemical Industries (Factory 270) will showcase shoe polish, and Helwan Metal Appliances (Factory 360) is displaying a range of electrical appliances such as heaters, stoves, air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines. Moreover, the Egyptian Company for Sports Equipment and Tools “Captax” will present its sports tools and clothing.
This exhibition reflects the ministry’s coordination with the Engineers’ Syndicate in Cairo, showcasing its commitment to collaboration with various state entities. It aims to leverage the surplus production capacities of military production companies to manufacture high-quality civil products at competitive prices, thereby alleviating burdens on citizens. This initiative complements the ministry’s primary mission to meet the requirements of the armed forces and police for weapons, ammunition, machinery, equipment, and advanced electronic systems.
