The Cairo Directorate of Education has confirmed that all necessary preparations have been completed to ensure a smooth examination process. A series of organizational and security measures have been implemented to maintain order and stability during the exams.

All necessary accommodations and services have been provided to ensure the comfort of those overseeing the examinations.

Coordination with security agencies has been established to secure question distribution centers and transportation routes for examination papers and answer sheets. Additionally, collaboration with the Health Directorate has ensured that a health visitor is available at each examination committee to respond promptly to any emergencies.

The director reiterated that bringing mobile phones into exam rooms is strictly prohibited for both students and monitors. The provisions of Law No. (205) of 2020 regarding combating exam disruptions will be enforced rigorously against any violations.

Aida Ayoub, General Director of Technical Education at the directorate, stated that a total of 93,863 students will sit for the first round of technical diploma exams in Cairo. These students will take their exams in 229 main and auxiliary committees across various technical disciplines.

The distribution includes 102 committees for industrial education, 87 for commercial education, 21 for hotel management education, three for agricultural education, nine for applied technology schools, and seven for dual industrial training education.

A main operations room has been established at the directorate’s headquarters along with 34 sub-operational rooms in educational administrations to monitor the progress of examinations and address any issues that arise promptly. Additionally, four main sectors have been designated as question distribution centers comprising a total of 34 centers.

The Cairo Directorate of Education assures complete readiness for the start of technical diploma examinations as part of a comprehensive plan aimed at ensuring discipline and providing a safe and stable examination environment that guarantees equal opportunities for all students.
