Mohamed Elneny Announces Departure from Al Jazira Club
Mohamed Elneny, the Egyptian national team player, has officially announced the end of his journey with Al Jazira Club in the UAE, following the conclusion of his contract after two seasons with the team since joining in the summer of 2024.
In a statement shared on his official Facebook account, Elneny expressed that his time with the club has reached its final destination, after participating in numerous matches during his tenure.
Elneny extended his gratitude to his teammates, coaching staff, and management for their support throughout his time at the club. He also thanked Al Jazira fans for their unwavering support and encouragement during matches.
The player noted that this phase marks the end of one experience and the beginning of another in his football career, wishing success for both himself and Al Jazira in their future endeavors.
Elneny joined Al Jazira as a free transfer at the start of the 2024 season and made 60 appearances across all competitions during his time with the team, scoring three goals and providing four assists, leaving a significant mark before his departure.
