Reza Shehata Appointed Head Coach of Modern Sport

Modern Sport Club announced on Tuesday evening the appointment of Reza Shehata as the head coach of its first football team, following the departure of Ahmed Sami after the conclusion of the 2025-2026 football season.

The club revealed the complete structure of the coaching staff, which is as follows:.

Abu Al-Majd Mustafa – General Coach.

Abdullah Al-Shahat – Assistant Coach.

Mohamed Al-Aqabawi – Goalkeeper Coach.

Mohamed Tarek – Performance Analyst.

Previously, Modern Sport Club expressed gratitude to Ahmed Sami and his coaching staff for their contributions following the end of their tenure with the club.

The club stated in an official announcement: “The Board of Directors of Modern Sport Club extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Captain Ahmed Sami, head coach of the first football team, and his coaching staff for their efforts during their time at the club.”.
