Zamalek Faces 17th Registration Ban Due to Outstanding Debts

A source within Zamalek Club has revealed the reason behind the team’s 17th registration ban imposed by FIFA on Wednesday. The international football governing body announced the new restriction, which adds to a growing list of legal disputes involving the club.

The source, speaking exclusively to Al-Aweek, stated that the ban is primarily due to unpaid dues owed to former head coach Yanic Ferreira, amounting to $60,000.
