Hossam Hassan: Coaching Egypt National Team Has Been My Dream Since Retirement

He added that the dream of coaching Egypt’s national team has been a long-standing aspiration, and he views this opportunity as the fulfillment of a significant ambition he has pursued since his later years on the pitch.

Hassan concluded by reiterating that football has been his primary focus throughout his career, explaining that he dedicated his life to serving and concentrating on the game at various stages.

The Egypt national team is preparing for an anticipated match against Belgium tomorrow at 10 PM, as part of their opening game in Group G of the 2026 World Cup.
