استثمار 500 مليون دولار في السوق المصرية من قبل سكاى للاستثمارات القابضة
تعتزم مجموعة سكاى للاستثمارات القابضة ضخ استثمارات جديدة بقيمة 500 مليون دولار في السوق المصرية خلال السنوات الثلاث المقبلة، ضمن خطة توسعية تستهدف تعزيز حضورها في قطاعات العقارات واللوجستيات والطاقة والصناعة والتوزيع، وفقًا لما صرح به المهندس أيمن فتحى حسين، رئيس مجلس إدارة المجموعة.
وأشار حسين خلال مائدة مستديرة عقدتها الشركة بالقاهرة إلى أن المجموعة نجحت على مدار ثلاثة عقود في التحول من شركة متخصصة في قطاع البترول والطاقة إلى كيان استثماري متنوع يضم 14 شركة تعمل في خمسة قطاعات رئيسية تشمل البترول والطاقة، والعقارات والمقاولات، والصناعة، والتجارة والتوزيع، والموانئ والخدمات اللوجستية.
وأوضح أن محفظة استثمارات المجموعة تتوزع بواقع 30٪ للقطاع العقاري و30٪ لقطاع البترول والطاقة و20٪ لقطاع اللوجستيات، فيما تتوزع النسبة المتبقية على أنشطة أخرى. وأكد أن استراتيجية المجموعة تعتمد على تنويع مصادر الدخل وتقليل المخاطر من خلال التوسع في قطاعات اقتصادية متنوعة.
Kوكشف حسين أن المجموعة حققت إيرادات بلغت نحو 800 مليون دولار خلال عام 2025 مقابل 730 مليون دولار خلال عام 2024 مدعومة بنمو الأنشطة التشغيلية والتوسع في المشروعات القائمة.
وعلى صعيد النشاط العقاري، أكد أن المجموعة تبنت منذ عام 2014 رؤية مختلفة تقوم على تطوير مشروعات متعددة الاستخدامات تضم الأنشطة التجارية والإدارية والترفيهية بدلاً من التركيز على المشروعات السكنية التقليدية فقط. ومن بين هذه المشروعات مشروع PARK ST. WEST, الذي ساهم في خلق نموذج جديد للسوق العقارية.
Additionally, the group has developed the PARK ST. EAST, located in New Cairo, covering an area of approximately 45,000 square meters, alongside the PARK ST. EDITION, implemented in partnership with Innovo Group, featuring hotel apartments and comprehensive operational services over a built-up area of 80,000 square meters.
The latest project is the CITYSTARS PARK ST, developed in collaboration with Citystars and Innovo groups in New Cairo, with investments estimated at around EGP 100 billion. The project spans a built-up area of up to 170,000 square meters and includes a global hotel brand Fairmont with a capacity of 174 rooms along with hotel apartments and administrative and commercial spaces complemented by various recreational and hospitality services.
The company is currently negotiating with several banks for financing ranging between EGP 3-4 billion to support this project while also exploring new investment opportunities on the North Coast to benefit from rapid growth in both real estate and tourism sectors.
In logistics and ports sector, Hussein indicated that the group aims for investments ranging between $350 million over the next three years focusing on port operations marine services dry bulk handling while planning to inject between $150-200 million into cement silo projects at Ain Sokhna ports along with expanding management operations for logistic stations areas .
He noted that Sky Ports , which is part of the group has obtained management operation concession rights for multi-purpose berth at East Port Said port for thirty years while considering executing new projects including station at Sokhna port logistics area dry port Alexandria province cooperation Ministry Transport .
In technology distribution sector , Hussein revealed that Upgrade , which belongs to group possesses first licensed factory by National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority refurbish electronic devices Egypt targeting expand market refurbished phones electronics sold prices lower about forty percent compared new devices .
The company succeeded during past two years selling refurbishing more than four thousand smartphones aiming raise contribution refurbished devices local market while expanding refurbishment laptops gaming consoles supporting circular economy sustainability .
In petroleum energy sector , Hussein confirmed this activity represents roots main group where started its business through Drexel company contributed establishing several prominent entities including ADES drilling company . He pointed out that group continues developing its activities within sector alongside expanding real estate logistics relying increasingly digital solutions AI applications improve operational efficiency support decision-making various activities .
